The X5 Wide Sole iBRID irons are constructed from two pieces resulting in a hollow body that moves significant weight to the back and bottom of the club. Two-piece metal wood-inspired construction promotes a low Center of Gravity and high Moment of Inertia. Weight is relocated to the perimeter for enhanced forgiveness. The CG is located deep behind the face for a more solid feel on impact and greater consistency. The wide sole design makes alignment at address easy and promotes a higher launch angle for increased distance. The game improvement X5 irons are designed to hit longer and straighter with more accuracy and better feel.
